Your prefer a private house at 100 meters from the sea ? Résidence Villa Smeralda has a partnership with Casa Claudia: a beautiful little house in Pittulongu, just in front of the sea.

This house is not on our parc, therefore there are no extra services, like cleaning or restaurant, bar or breakfast. However, no other guests: this little house is private for you only.

The house has a livingroom, one bedroom for two, bathroom, backroom with washingmachine and a mezzanine with a big bed for two and a single bed for a 5th person.

There is a large garden with barbecue. Your car can be parked just next to the house, free of charge.

​Casa Claudia is only 20 minutes drive from Résidence Villa Smeralda.
